I get that error message when I launch the browser on my RAZR V3. I've checked the configuration settings on cingular's troubleshooting website but it still happens, reguardless of the wap site being the cingular home page or some other 3rd party site. Any ideas on what to do?

do you have pay per use media net setup, maybe the account holder blocked it?

i think so. I'm not the account holder so I'm not positive but even when I try to log on I still get "xxxx bytes transferred" so I don't think it is blocked if I am still able to receive data, albeit small.

I hope someone posts a solution to this, I am having the exact same problem with my phone, a v557. I am the only person on the account and the CSR said that nothing was blocked on the account.

Call Tech support.
You never really know the problem if you don't call in. And the longer you wait, the longer the problem lasts.

yep, sounds like a problem with the websessions, goto Cingular.com/device-support, if that doesn't help, then call tech.
