If you wanted to access the coordinates of a mobile device from a website -- what are the steps you would need to follow?

The only gps in tmobile phones is the e911 stuff that only activates when you dial 911. Tmobile does not have any of the kid tracking phones yet if that's what you hoping for.

You can track using triangulation method:
e.g. http://www.followus.co.uk or http://kmi.open.ac.uk/people/marc/2005/06/16/cell-phone-tracking-wifi- triangulation-and-more/
