There have been a lot os issues with the fcc giveing number from on carrier to a diffrent carrier. Even if it is an active number on our system. I workCingular tech support and have been dealing with this kind of problem for the last two weeks this has not only been effecting cingular but all the carriers wirelesss and landline providers effecting some 45,000 numbers. I do appoligize this has happened to you we will work on gettnig the number back to you as soon as possable.
As for the vm i an sorry that you lost the vm and what may have happened to people that left vm and you were unable to get back to them. But we can't be held libale do to system issues exp one that has effected many carriers this was out of our control.
