hi everyone, for the past week now i have had problems with my mobile and its driving me crazy. it keeps freezing and if its not freezing it turns its self off.
can anyone help or is the mobile nackered?

try using the CD that came with your phone, install that. then go 2 sonyericcson.com and go to support > update. install the latest firmware/software even if it says you have the most current, rewrite it. that should help, lemme kno.

hi thanks for the help but no good, it doesnt work.
also have a w810i, and if i turn it on it just flashes on and off?

My brothers friend K800i froze and doesn't turn on anymore after downloading the internet settings for T-Mobile and I've read a few things forgot were, were I think it said if you remove the battery w/o turning the phone off it will freeze. Nothing wrong w/ my K800i.

never has hapen to me but then again i have the k790a so maybe that's the difference
