hello I am new here,
I have a problem.i have a motorola v3 and i dont know what is wrong with it. I cant transfer my music to my mobile phone. last week it worked like new but today i wanted to put some music on my phone with Motorola phone tools and it says that the mp3 has been sent to my phone correctly but i cant find that music in my phone then i tried to put a video on my phone and it worked so i dont know why i cant put mp3s to my phone.  what must i dooooooooo? please help me

ok i will try but i tried to send a melody from my brothers mobile phone and it says that the file is corrupt

I have a motorola V3 and installed the motorola phone kit, it can now charge through my pc but.?
-cannot sync
-unable to transfer files
-there is no detection of my V3 to the MPK software

It sounds like your going to need to remove the file thru a P2K program like P2K Tools.
Gorc,
You cannot load a MP3 file that is over 192bps the phone cannot read it correctly.

gorc, try to use p2k tools. but first install the drivers. google for p2k drivers.
cooljeff, make sure you have installed all the drivers, they're like 4 i think. if that doesn work. uninstall the drivers and reinstall them again . if it lets you charge it but it doesnt detect it, then the drivers are not working properly. my advice, install p3k tools. it's much better and you have more control of your phone.
