I seem to remember changing a setting on my RAZR V3 for the sound to auto adjust the volume. Now I can not find where it was to turn it off. Does anyone know what I am talking about, and where the setting is? I swear I have clicked on every menu option.

Auto adjust volume? What do you mean by that?

There was a setting (I swear I set this) which raises and lowers the voice on the other to a normal level. It works great, except there is really not an option to turn up the volume when outside in a noisy area. I can turn it down, but not up, as I have it on the loudest setting.

I'm not sure what you mean by "on the other" but it sounds like you want to edit the gain table - see http://www.maxedmobiles.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id= 27&Itemid=32

I left out a word. "On the other end" is what I meant.

I know I didn't get into the gain table. It was a setting right on the phone, in the menus somewhere. I swear.

If I make a call now, the first ring is always really loud, but by the time the second ring it has quieted down. I want the ability to make it quieter if I want it that way.

It sounds like SEEM 0032_0001 offset 7D - bit 5: Alert Ramp Up (Increasingly Louder Ringtone) (1 on, 0 off)

but in reverse? I never heard of it getting quieter only louder
