I have read alot of posts here and I cant seem to find my answer , I have a v551 that wont turn on , charge or anything, I have mobil phone tools but it tells me it cant find phone . I have also tried a known good battery , Please can someone help , thanks

MPT won't see the phone if it won't turn on.
Have you tried a different charger?

I have tried 2 known good chargers , The phone wont turn on or do anything.

If you've tried a known good charger and battery then it sounds like there is a hardware problem

It depends what it is - there are too many possibilities - it could just be the connector or might be a chip failure. Your best bet will be a local repair shop but they may tell you its beyond economic repair
