i deleted some locked files in my audio folder. forgot to turn phone to silent and couldn't use any of the ringtones after that. so i followed some questionable advice, and used pst and did a new feature file thingy. well.it worked in the sense that i can now change the ringtones but when it rings it goes str8 to voicemail. has anyone EVER heard of this or do i just need a new phone? Thanks in advance.

crappy v3 by the way. I used p2kcommander to delete the files.

New feature file alone shouldn't make a difference.

Does the phone show any signal?

It could be a network problem.

It might be worth flashing a monsterpack

i did a master reset and am happy to announce that i can now make and recieve calls. lol but the original problem still exists. the reason i did the new feature on pst was because my ringtones no longer worked. phone rings, but no sound. i tried deleting the Db files and restarting. i tried master reset. i even copied the files i wasn't supposed 2 delete off my sis's phone and put them on mines, to no avail. I've seen this is a common problem. is there something im doing wrong?

i'd be more than willing to scratch all my contacts and start from scratch but i have no idea how do that. i keep seeing people say back up your phone first, but there aren't any tutorials on how 2 do that. only how 2 back up phone book
