Incorrect. VZW won't do a WARRANTY exchange because the manufacturer won't honor it, but you will certainly be able to make an insurance claim through Asurion (if you have insurance on your handset, that is).

yes. that is true. the warranty is voided if the liquid indicator is any color than what is is supposed to be. and i am in the retail channel of vzw, we could take in a liquid damaged handset(which we don't) but if we did whenever the manufacturer recieved the phone back, they would turn around and charge you the full price of the phone. which in your case a razr, is gona be 219.99, so you'd be better off buying a new one anyways, unless you did purchase the insurance. which then the number is 888 881 2622, then they require you to pay a 50 deductible over the phone, or mail in. but 50 is a lot better than 220!
