Does anyone know if Verizon is ever planning to offer a Blackberry model that has a camera?

I thought the reason a blackberry doesnt come with a camera is so people can bring them into federal buildings.

Supposedly the BBerry Cyclone is to hit VZW. Saw something on engadgetmobile about it. Didn't mention a camera though.
