OK! I have searched online manual and the manual that came with the phone and forumns here as well. My problem is on the call log screen I cant figure out how to get the phone to also list the time and date of the call. The message screen seems to but I dont want calls listed on this screen. I would like to know what time / date a missed call came through and I cant figure out how to find out this information.
Somebody HELP! Please

Not sure if OP is still watching this thread, but this may be the solution (it worked on my 8800):
1. Open the Call Logs (phone) app on your BlackBerry
2. Go to menu/Options/General Options
3. Scroll down to 'Phone List View' and select 'Call Log'
The call log display should now show numbers dialled and date/time. Scroll down to a number, select menu/View History to see call duration and select menu/Add Notes to add notes to the log.

I followed all the same options and selected call logs from the menu. It works but the call log clears within a few minutes. how can I get it to keep the call log full?

I was curious to know if you got this issue resolved? My Pearl will log calls and then for no reason stop logging calls. Last time it lasted a couple days and then started logging them again. I thought it was becuase of low battery charge but that doesn't see to be the case now. It started up a couple days ago and I can't get it to start the logging again. I've reset the options but no luck.
If you've figured it out I'd appreciate the help

I actually did a batter pull and that did the trick. I appear to have plenty of memory.

Mine just did it now for the first time. It was sitting on the couch next to me and I pushed the side button to see the time. Nothing. Opened it and hit the power on button, nothing. A battery pull did the trick. Battery level is almost full, as it was before.
My Curve started to randomly shut off months ago, many times a night, sometimes during a call. A battery pull would turn it back on but the battery would be completely drained as a result. Tmo gave me a new battery and it fixed it. A couple of weeks later I picked it up from the dock to turn it on to make a call, and nothing. This time nothing worked, a battery pull didn't help, and the Tmo store tried another battery to no avail. They replaced the Curve, then I bought the Flip.
