i just bought a moto rizr, and it worked fine for about 5 days. Now the screen keeps going white and then itll reload saying "no service" then go back to normal. Its also just going black. i dont know what to do, any suggestions?

Check the battery connections are good. I would also be tempted to try a firmware update if you can find one

If I shut mine really hard or the slider slams closed. or if I open it too quickly it will do the white screen thing

hay i have a gsm z3 rizr; the time is not dsplaying on the phone i called t-mobile and motorola no one was able to help. can someone please help me on how to update the software on that phone

hey i have a question about my rizr z3. my friend tried sending me a picture. however when i open up the message, it just says "Error: Unable to download". Why does it do this? Is there anyway to fix it? i have enough space on my phone so the storage shouldnt be an issue. My friend tried sending me twice.got the same message. help!

I also have a black unlocked rizr i got off of ebay. And it has been doing the same since last week. At first it would do it once a day but recently it has been doing it every couple of minutes. So i took it to t-mobile but they didn't give me any help cuz it's not a t-mobile carried phone. But a guy from there did tell me to take out the sim card for a couple of hours and then insert it back in and it would work for a while. He also said that it was a commom problem with unlocked phones. And to top it all off my key to turn it off and on isn't working, i hate the phone so much right now.

use the motorla software update from the moto site
