I don't think the guy on Ebay ripped you off, because I got my Razr V3 brand new still in the box and my computer won't recognize it at all. I've looked for every Razr driver I could find and still the computer is unaware when I plus in my phone. I know it's not the cord, nor the USB port on my computer.and the USB port works fine with the plug that goes into the wall. Only once did the computer see the phone, but the screen turned off immediately (on the phone) and then I was unable to install the drivers properly. The the balloon came up saying, "The hardware was not installed properly and may not work" Does Windows only give you one chance to install the device, and then if it doesn't work then that's it or something?
