I set the info service on so it shows which cell(suburb) I'm in. But whenever it changes, with the phone closed the outer screen will always light up, how can I have cell boardcast on without the screen light up everytime it change cell?

It sounds like you have EVENT lights turned on. Turn off Event lights and that might fix it. It is in your ringer settings.

I have a V3t and I use the sounds player to enjoy my music on the go, whenever I have a track change my screen will light up to let me know the new track. When I turn off event lights this feature? stops.

I think this is the same situation. you are having an "event" and the phone is letting you know just like it is supposed to.

Good Luck and Happy Modding!

Well if you want to have ringer lights your going to have this minor glitch to deal with because it is doing what it is supposed to do. It is showing you that an event has occured.

What P2K program are you using? If you have P2K Tools there is a section that allows you to turn off and on Event Lights. If you have it and can do it try that and see if it doesn't change.

under other features on the left hand side (on mine anyway) and then multi media that should have a setting for alert lights and clublights. uncheck them and see what happens. again I do believe this will kill your ringer lights as well.

Happy Modding!
