I have a Samsung t309 which is unlocked and now using a cingular /at&t sims card. I can not connect to Tzone for internet access. The message states that the "network is unavailable".
Please help if u can.

Not sure about this, but I'm thinking its because you are using a at&t sim card. Tzones is a tmobile feature, not at&t. You wil need to use at&t settings for internet if you are using their sim card.

T-mobile uses a firmware that locks there browser settings from being edited.

you need to have tzones settings sent to your phone. it's easy to do.
1.) go to www.t-mobile.com
2.)type the word configure in the search bar
3.) click the first link: Begin using the T-Mobile Wireless Configurator
4.) select your phone manuf & model click submit
5.)click: Set up t-zones / T-MobileWeb
6.) put in your phone number and the code it shows on the page
This will send the settings to your phone and give you the simple instructions to set tzones as your default browser. Should take a maximum of 5 mins.

did you read the first post? he wants tzones and has a cing/ at&t sim it wont happen cing customers can not get tzones.

you're absolutely right this person cannot get on tzones becase he has an at&t sim. sorry the post was just to help people who get unlocked phones to use with tmobile. so very easy to do from the website, saves a call to tech

What kind of phone and SIM are you using? Also, check and let me know if tzones is added to your account.
