I was reading my union newsletter, and yes it may be propeganda, but in it, it states that some verizon call centers oppose the union and they actually fired employees for trying to bring it in.

I am pro-Union, so any place that is against it is not good in my bag.

yeah. i'm not. i've worked for a union before. worst expireince in my life. now working for verizon. BEST i've ever had

Same here.

I checked out VZW, Sprint, Cox and then Cingular.
No point in flaming.

Well I can say the Union hasnt done sh*t for me. Except for prevent people from receiving salary increases based on performance.

My trouble with Cingular is being addressed by my attorney instead of the Union which does nothing but take money out of my paycheck

I used to have a cell phone when I used to worked for Cingular. I didn't have to pay for anything. My phone was lost. Another person is using it. It is on this corporate account. And the person who has it keeps picking up every time I call. If I had the phone, I wouldn't complain. Free minutues, Free downloads, Free service. I feel that I lost it.

How can I have it turned off? Do anyone have a email address? AT&T billing address?

The Management here at my call center are very aware that I am very unhappy after being screwed by them.

The regional manager today issued me a gag order that I am not allowed to mention this topic. So not only do I get screwed over after moving across the country to Washington.

So now my civil rights are being violated as I have no right to freedom of speech.

The wonderful Union did nothing with this issue. Absolutely NOTHING

Man I'm glad I work for an Authorized Retailer, Sales is Soooooooooooooo much easier than dealing with stupid customers asking for credit because they screwed up.

Side note: if something happens thats not yours or Cingular's fault, you'll probably get a credit if you don't flip out, like I got a 36 credit for my mom to change her # because of Soliciting texts even though they took us off the solicitation list.

As long as you're nice, you be treated similar.
