When I take pics with my chocolate and set them to the background they dont show fullscreen. how can i get the pics i take to show the whole screen?

The solution is very simple. Just be sure to take pictures with resolutions 320 x 240 pixels or greater. Anything less and the picture will not be able to fill up the screen without being pixilated. To change the resolution on the camera. Go to camera mode and tap the right soft key select option 1, resolution and change it as needed.

I've tried changing the resolution. On every different resolution the pictures still come up letter-boxed. On my old vx8500 the pictures showed up full screen but when i used my insurance to get a new one the phone displayed all my pictures in a letter box. Suggestions anyone?

i am having the same problem with my phone, its been like this since i got it from Asurion, i don't know if that might have somthing to do with it, but i have tried all of the resolutions on my phone and none of them worked. Please help if possible.
