Unfortunately they arent transferable. They need to be downloaded again. What was the reason for the replacement? If it was a warranty issue call customer care and they may be able to issue a credit to cover them.

yes my son broke his phone and he had the warrenty . they sent a new one but has the files blocked so i cant use bitpim to put his ringtones back on. i can put his pics, flix, sounds on the sd card but i have to use bitbim to put the ring tones on. verizon has put a block on it so that you have to buy there ringtones. i have not called them yet because i can usualy fix it faster / better then they can reading this forum. i am just waiting for some one to figure out how to unblock the file so i can get his ring tones back on.maybe you dont know but using bitpim you make your own ring tones save them on your computer and you can manage any one of them by adding or removing them from your phone.

I thought I was just either crazy or extremely out of touch with my new phone and technology. Glad to know something really is blocked and I'm not insane, however I don't know where to begin getting around the problem.
Do you have it completely figured out?
Thanks

i know exactly how to fix this problem, i did it with my verizon chocolate and just it said it was blocked but i figured out how to un block it, It is really quite simple, all you have to do is download the newest version of Bitpim, i think it is bitpim 0.9.15 or something but make shure its the newest one and it gets past the block, have fun and i tested this so i know it works
