I am extremely dissappointed with the attitude of Verizon about the refund of my Blackberry Phone that I returned to them with in one day of receipt as it was not meeting my requirements and it had limited coverage only in USA and not worldwide. Countless calls to verizon has no effects and there is nothing call customer care
I really donot know as to how to get the refund from them even they do have a written return policy

The phone was ordered on line with a car charger and a holster. The total value of the order was $ 141.34 as I am a business customer. The phone and the accessories were received by your warehouse on 28 Feb 07 by J Smith. Still there is no sign of refund even though about 45 days have passed

They (at the call center) should be able to send a request to the warehouse to speed up that process. When you call, be sure you're speaking with somebody who knows how to send that request, or somebody who will look into it for you. With the order/location numbers from the package and the return fedex tracking number they should be able to assist you. It requires your account info to be submitted. I recommend requesting a call back within one to three days for an update, almost always this can be resolved in that time with a fast response. I've seen them handled upwards a couple weeks, but never should take that long.
