Just recently purchased a Nokia 3300 as a gift for brother who are so involved in mp3. The purchase comes with a 64Mb memory card and a CD which contains the USB cable driver and some funny software that converts MP3 or something (I am not using the phone, thus have limited knowledge).
However there is no Nokia Suite provided and the phone does not have any infra-red port. How can we transfer files like Polyphonic songs, games, wallpaper to the phone? I did not subscribe to WAP so I don't have that facilities.
Some questions
1. Is the Nokia Suite 5 compatible witht the Nokia 3300?
2. If yes to the above, can we use Nokia PC Suite 5 with 3300 which is connected to the PC via the USB cable provided?
3. Is the java games file for Nokia 6610 or 7210 compatible with 3300 meaning can I upload some of my 6610 games to the 3300. if it is not compatible, what games is there available for 3300, is it compatible with 3650 then?
thanks

1. No
2. See 1. (and you can use the USB-Cable only for uploading music to the 3300)
3. Yes, they are compatible.

thanks once again for the enlightment. So given the fact that Nokia suite is not compatible with 3300, is WAP/GPRS the only way I am able to upload games/ringtone/wallpaper/etc to the phone.
Is there any other way because I do not have WAP/GPRS subscription. Can I use other software to do it...but then how am I going to connect the phone to the PC at the first place given the fact that the USB cable is just for uploading songs?

Bedankt.

The normal language here is English and not Dutch.
And if I get it right (via a translation via http://www.systranlinks.com/systran/cgi )
He has installed some applications and some are not working right and he can't delete them the normal way and he's asking for help
