I really want a sidekick3. Even though I have Cingular, could I still buy the Sidekick3 from a T-Mobile store? If so, then will everything work on it the same as it does if I had T-Moble?

No, it will not work like that at all. You must use a tmobile sim in order to have a sidekick work.

who ever answered nicely is stupid cuz you cannot unlock it danger made the sk3 specifically for tmobile they do not offer unlock codes for the phone the only way is changing network settings and using just the phone feature on it and thats it no text no aim and no data
