Hello everyone, this is my first post.
Call me old fashion but until now I've used the 5120 handy for about the last 8 years.
I love the reliability of this unit and also the good reception.
I don't use phone features so the only things missing to me were very little memory bank and maybe calculator and calendar (that options were available in the 6120 model). Actually the biggest problem with it was people staring at it like a museum archeological item:)
Anyway, time has come and my service provider (in Israel) is starting to maintain less TDMA antennas.
I really want to buy a new GSM cellphone that'll be simple phone like I had with good reliability, and I found out about the 6210 and 6310.
I've read somewhere that the 6210 had better reliability, is there someone that still exist in this world that had experience with these models?
I also want to buy a second phone that I'll use instead of my mobile computer at work (I'm a computer tech) and thought about the N95.
Thanks in advance,
-Noam

I have the 6310i. I use it as a back up phone, but I would never get rid of it. It's monochrome so the battery life is excellent. No camera or MMS capability but it does have bluetooth. It's a great basic phone

It seems just what I'm looking for as my primary phone.
Anyone has experience which one is more reliable 6210 or 6310i?
Thanks again!

Also the 6210 is DCT3 phone and 6310 is DCT4. The 6210 may not work with newer 64k sims.

Had the 6210 for two years. No problems except a battery problem: the battery went lose after little over a year and I could shift it a little. And at some point of shifting it slightly the phone would turn off.

Yep this is the only problem I get with the 5120, I suppose it's the same battery.
But 1 battery for 15$ once in a year or two is not high expense on maintenance:)
So Texas Hold'em you advice to go for the 6310i, any reply's on it's reliability?
I just read somewhere that the 6210 is more reliable for time but I don't know whether to trust that source.
By the way thank you for the replys.

-Noam | Yes, 6310i for reasons I stated above and like I mentioned the 6210 may not work with 64k sims because it is a DCT3 phone.
