I understand that one i am about ready to go get about 30 blackberrys and toss half in the river and run over the other half this is called fustration relif from these stupid blackberry calls beacuse the csr in this center hear the word blackberry and immedatly call tech even if it is just 1-key programming. this = DTSU (DEVICE SMARTER THAN USER)

I had a RTFM customer today (Read the Flipin Manual) I sell phones, and I'm willing to help you with it when I sell it to you, but not if you want me to spend an hour on stuff you can read in the manual I don't get commission for telling you how to use it (I do it anyway and make sure to mention the Referal program)
