Hi everyone.
My first question is, is it ok to just plug in the phone via USB to a CPU without installing the software PC suite? I'm afraid doing this will do something bad to the phone.
Second, i heard that this phone has some firmware (can anyone explain this?) issues in the first delivery batch. Can anyone confirm this? How would i know if mine is included and what should i do?
Need your help guys.

yes this is ok, but nothing will happen as the drivers will need to be installed. The drivers are located on the disk and should auto install if you insert the disk.
PC Suite is not an essential.
Once the drivers are installed you can browse all the files on your phone.
