Hi, I'm new here. I just need some help with my Nokia 6111.
The bluetooth just won't swich on. Everything else is working 100%, except for the bluetooth. I've taken the battery out, and then put it back again, but that wont work aswell. Any suggestions would be great.

It's a firmware problem. Exchange it. Your service provider will ask you numerous questions and instruct you to do different things to try to get it to work. At the end, it will be a firmware problem and they should mail you a new one.
Put in *#0000# on the main screen. Wright down the version #. When you get a new 6111 do the same *#0000#. If the version is the same you most likely will run into the same problem. Maybe not right away but it may happen. Eventually someone will diagnose the problem and the firmware will be updated. Hopefully you will get a phone with new firmware.

No. Not without the correct hardware and knowlege to use it.

v. 3.77 is the latest version for the 6111.
