I recently purchased a used motorola L6 online and when I recieved it, the person had not erased any info on the phone, and it still had an unlock code on some applications, such as messaging and camera. I tried contacting the person, but they have not responded as of yet. I was wondering if there was any way I could manually override the code or master reset the phone. Thank you for your help.

Use a program called Motokit to read the code, then change it or turn it off. you can get motokit on motomodders.net.

I looked on the page and downloaded the motokit that was there and it is just in Chinese and when I try to click on something it gives me an error message. I found an earlier version to download on other sites but it is in an .sis format that I cannot open. Can you either help me find another download or help me find a program to open this type of file? Thanks!
