Is it possible for me to find my sim code in my paperwork somewhere? Is my only option to contact Cingular?
Can someone please help me figure out how I can unblock my sim code? It says Sim code blocked. Then it gives me the option to unblock. SO I put in my 4 digit code.and then it says to enter a new code.after all of this is done.it is still blocked? HUH? WHAT? PLEASE HELP ME!

to get the sim unlocking code you would have to call customer service but the way you describe it it seem like you have locked up your sim card and would need to get a replacment sim card

you can also get you PUK code on line @ cingular.com thru you online account. if it nolonger gives you the option to enter a code you sim is fried and you need to buy a new one

FYI:
This morning I contacted Cingular and got my phone unblocked. Although it was asking for SIM code1 it REALLY wanted my PUK code1.  The technician gave me the PUK and my phone was immediately unblocked! YAY! Thank you so much for reponding and the information! HAve a GREAT DAY! YEEEHAWWWW!
