You probably are talking to a Cingular customer and someone put you one the 10 cents per minute plan, wouldn't make sence that Cingular isn't charging you

no I call my dad(nextel and tmobile) my mom (yes cingular) my aunt and uncle (both got tmobile) my home (bellsouth) and my friends so I know it dont make sense but its true the arent chraging me at all and no be4 i got the fone im currently using i had the 25 cent mintue plan but the fone after the razr which is my current one doesnt charge me so cingular did it themselves not me

lol! i aint gonna sell it cuz i just tried my sisters cingular sim in it and it charged her ahahahah so my sim is the only on the fone likes so sorry and just to let u know its a samsung d807

Ok Update on no charge thing!
I thought it was the fone that didn't charge buyt I got a moto rizr and IT STILL WORKS! !FREE OF CHARGE OMG ITS SO STRANGE! I LOVE MY SIM CARD
