I AM SO MAD CINGULAR DISCONNECTED MY FONE LINE! MY FOEN SHOWS UNREGISTERED SIM AND I WENT TO MY CINGULAR ACCOUNT AND IT SAYS NUMBER IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE

Seriously, how dumb do you sound? If it got disconnected it is only the account users fault. at&t doesn't disconnect just to disconnect. Non-payment perhaps? Broken payment agreement? Wrong address for your bill? You may want to find out why your service was disconnected.

nvmd I got my service recconected. They didnt catch on to me they just said my airtime expired but im back on no charge and i added 15.00 for text messages so yay!

they probably have you set up in the system as a postpaid customer. so the 25c/min isn't coming out of your account balance, but you can still have the phone. My guess is that it was activated at a store (idiots), and not through customer care.

Thats not possible, if it was setup as a postpaid it would require a rateplan, then the bill would have to go to somebody's house.
