Thats not possible, if it was setup as a postpaid it would require a rateplan, then the bill would have to go to somebody's house. |

if the account isnt monitored by the billing computer correctly (ATLAS) its free cell service.rare but can happen

I wasn't aware, POS.com II has a fit if I don't do something right, I work for an Agent, so I don't even see Atlas or any of the CS systems you guys use

Nope Cingular didnt know about it when I called to reactivate my fone cuz I didnt refill it in the 90 days I started till they disconeccted and I just called got it back up and Im still free but it charges me atleast once a week but the rest is free lol so if they do catch me they can go ahead cuz Im 14 years old and what they gonna do is it my fault there crudy computer service is backfiring and letting me slide by

all we are saying is dont cry when you get the call from cingular. they can demand payment for services.

this situation has happened before. I have seen it.granted the situation was different (they were contract accounts).and the customer was stupid. he had service for almost a year.nary a bill. he got one one day and instead of just patying the bill he called customer care screaming (at me) that he had no intentions of paying this bill.well it didnt take too long to figure what happened. the call eventually escalated to a supervisor and the duty bound supervisor backdated charges since the day of activation.(just over a thousand dollars).for service render but not billed.the terms of use cover this with the line "there may be delayed charges outside the billing cycle".afaik he lost the case in court

Three words for you: theft of service, plain and simple. You know it's not legal. You want to live with the fraud and the threat of a huge bill hanging over your head, or you want to set the matter straight?
You only have one chance to make a good first impression. Judging by what you write (your long breathless sentence), you might want to spend less energy on this, and more time time learning to compose a coherent paragraph, use punctuation, and spell. It's not to late to learn things that you'll need for the rest of your life.
And if you think you're getting away with something, what goes around comes around.

So what can I do it's not my fault really I dont pay much attention to the messege I get after my calls then I knew it wasnt there I thought it got shut off
