I recently got a Samsung T509S Plum and bought a data cable off ebay for it. It didnt come with any drivers except it told me to download the PC Studio 3 for the T809. When i used that program, it would not recognize the phone. I downloaded a driver for the phone from

"mobile action"

i downloaded both the driver and the manager but they wont recognize the phone. when i try to use the driver to install, it says it wont install automatically and i have to use windows to install it manually, after installing it manually, it still won't recognize.

Is there a better program or a driver for this

Yes this is a problem with this phone. I solved the problem by using bluetooth to link with the computer . This is the easiest way thus far and they are reasonably priced .

Why a week you can't get it locally? I've got it to work a few times but it was just too buggy and too much of a hastle so i went to the store and for $15 solved all my problems.
