Is this possible I have E317 Cingular wich only work on 850mhz and 1900mhz but I want to use it for 900mhz Can I flash it with E315 flash or change some thing in E317 to work with 900 mhz.Thanks

No. The frequencies of the phone are both hardware and software defined.
