Hey everyone,
Recently, my t629 just went haywire on me. First the screen began inverting colors. Then, the picture started showing backwards too. Then, it kind of got jumbled and everything was everywhere. Now, when I turn it on, it is just a white screen and I can't see anything. I am not really experienced with trying to fix a phone, but if anyone can please help me I would be so grateful. I have had to revert back to my old phone because this one is not usable right now. But I really need it to be fixed!

if you have your phone within a year, its covered under manufacturer warranty so just call t-mo up

The problem is that I didn't buy it. My friend found it and gave it to me for Christmas. I had no idea until later that he had found it. I already tried calling but you have to have a receipt. So I am stuck trying to figure it out by myself.

Did you try a reset? (*2767*3855#) If you have a memory card back everything up to it before you do it.

I tried that and I believe it worked because it made a sound, but the screen still only shows white. I can't back anything up because I can't even see anything.

Is the screen completely white where you can't see anything or is it just very hard to see ? Also does the phone work meaning can you call out or play with the menu key and get a response?

if your friend found it, tough luck, cause t-mobile wont cover it if you didnt buy it under your account, if you're friend had bought it, you might havea case, but as far as i know, the warranty is terminated when its a lost/found item

that same exact thing happened with my samsung t629. i typed in the reset code and all it does is make a sound now but the screen is still white. i dont know what to do now
