I have many good reasons. . .
but I'm just bascially going to say. . .
I am tired of sending service requests to put a tower in my area for last THREE years. I've sent service requests every two months.
Every time I do it, they say exact the same statement: "We're not planning to put a tower in your area this year."
You have no idea of how very frustrating is this for me.
Trust me, they SHOULD put A LOT of coverage here.
I live in ONE OF THE LARGEST CITIES in the state of Virginia.
All other carriers such as Cingular (which is GSM too!), Verizon, Sprint, Alltel, etc. provide FULL coverage here, and T-Mobile provides NONE.
So, basically, T-Mobile is the ONLY company that hasn't put a tower around here. I can prove it.
So, after sending service requests for last 3 years, and before I write a compliment letter to the CEO, do any of you know anything else I could try before I write a long letter to the CEO?
It'd be greatly appreciated.
I am just tired of getting disconnected every single day of my life for last 3 years. I cannot change because I'm deaf so the sidekick 3 is the best phone and they also has the best plan for me. I love the device, so coverage is the only thing that needs to be improved then life will be perfect. Just ONE tower is all I want. One tower can make a huge difference.

Could be a spectrum issue. Have you tried manuall network selection? This is one reason I hope tmobile bids big on the 700mHz spectrum auction. 700 would broadcast a lot further than 1900 and even more than the 850 tmobile uses for roaming.
