tried this code and the message: cannot undo restriction comes up=/ is there something im doing wrong, im putting an orange simcard in it, will this make a difference =/

Hi I need help with my nokia 3220 phone it has restriction on it and I cannot figure why it does I haven't used this phone since I first got it when it was released and I'm hoping u can help me the carrier is Rogers and the imei 355006/00/430511/4 code 0520418BM16RH please help my iPhone has been stolen so now I'm back to this one thanks in advance !
