every time i turn on or off my phone it says "dolce and gabana" it's driving me f**king crazy! PLEaSE help me!

Don't turn it off or on, then.
Seriously (not really), you can reflash the phone to eliminate that and the little animation that goes along with it. But you'll have to consult with one of the gurus around here to get the details for that. I looked at the process and decided that I didn't mind the branding animation enough to go through that bullshit.but a lot of people do, so it's worth a look.

Yeah, Old Fool, Big Russ, MikeKay, or Malibu can point you in the right direction. Hopefully, they will chime in.
The info is on this site, but I'd get some personal attention before I tackled this. You can ultimately screw up yer phone if you're not careful.

oh ya i am blonde but not stupid.i won't do ANYTHING untill i know it's the right thing to do.thank you and well hopefully big russ mikekay malibu will send me something VERY SOON cuz altho i am blond now it's driving me crazy i am pulling out my hair and may be bald before long.
