i got the LG chocolate, nice phone taking some time to get use to the touch pad, BUT when my co-workers fire up blue tooth an so do i I can NOT send or recive any thing accept a.contact card or somethin.
Other issue is the same day i got my phone i started, an have been, getting text messages from people all across the country i dont even know! verizons answers are: A. text back sayin ya got wrong person or B. change my number.
any feed back on both issues would be great.

When you get a number somebody had before, sometimes the only options to prevent it are to try to tell the ones contacting you to stop, blocking the text, or changing the number (which runs the risk of something similar happening, though not likely). For the push of BT it may be limited. The capabilities are:
The Chocolate is compatible with devices that support the following Bluetooth® profiles: Headset, Hands-free, A2DP for listening music, AVRCP for music pause and control, Serial Port, Dial up Networking and Object Push for VCard. You may create and store 20 pairings within the Chocolate and connect to one device at a time. The approximate communication range for Bluetooth® wireless technology is up to 30 feet (10 meters).

so what phones by verizon can send an receive images, and music/ring tones?
PS. ive had the same number for a few months and never had this issue with txt messages then i get a new phone an it starts.

I'm not sure there is a vzw phone that will push anything other than the vcard via bt, and the text problem sounds like an error maybe. I would give your phone a few resets with customer service walking you through it, for troubleshooting, then have a tech (still over the phone) look into it if it still isn't fixed.
