Just got my new E700 i got a list of things i noticed that differ from V200:
+Better Camera
+TFT Screen
+JAVA
+Smaller
-The menu sux its T100 style
-Can't use the cable of V200/T100
Is there somebody that can verify that you can use the usb IrDa cable to upload melodies and pictures?

Hmmm only know EasyStudio works with E700 but duuno about the cable... I want to know too cause I'm gonna get 1 soon.... when E700 becomes more popular....... to ask for help

"Samzh" The E700 Rocks the IrDa cable works  you can even download tones from your phone to your pc with EasyStudio.

I'm sorry for the question, i have a troble when I try to connect the phone, easy studio jsut say live connect failed, I checked that the phone is connected to my laptop via infrared but i can do nothing. did I do something wrong, it is just me or what?

Did you turn on your ir of your phone in menu 4.8?

Yep, this was on, and my laptop says sgh-e700 in range, menui 5.8 ir activation, I opened easy studio, live connect failed. I can drag contact to the fone, but can't anything from it

In menu File>Setup of EasyStudio do you see IrDa in the port drop down menu?
