hi all of im need for ur help pls anyone help me iam use to tmobile mda2
last week my mobile is flash only come to welcome screen then come to white screen how can i format or how can i reinstall my mobile

You should be able to download an application from tmobile.com that reinstalls everything.

I am having trouble understanding you. The software should be in my.t-mobile.com. You need to log in and then go to support and follow onscreen instructions.

Have you attempted to call T-Mobile Tech Support? They are open 24/7. Call on another phone line and inform the rep that you have an MDA and you need to talk to tech. If its fixable they can do it.

Click on contact us, it will display the 1-800 number for support. Or you can dial 611 from your headset and say you are having phone problems and the automated system will tell you the 1-800 number.

Def call the customer service dept. Call on another phone, not your MDA, they should be able to see the warranty on the phone, if there is still one available and they are not able to fix it they will send you a replacement. If it is another MDA they will resend your ringtones & games. If they give you the T-mobile Wing, you wont be able to get your downloads back.
