I bought a razr phone on ebay and when i got it, it was a t-mobile phone. everything works through my cingular account except i can't send multi media messages. how do i set up my phone so it will work? I was told i could take it somewhere and they'd charge me $20 to do it, but i was hoping someone here could tell me how to do it.

Hello all!

I'm new to this forum--bought a T-mobile dash pda phone and downloaded the unlock code which only allows me to make calls using my ATT sim card.

I can't access the internet, e-mail capabilities, etc. Does anyone know how to work through this problem? A nice Cingular support rep stayed on the phone with me for an hour and no dice.

PLEASE H-E-L-P ME!!!!!!!!

Go to http://tmobileus.wdsglobal.com/phonefirst

You can easily get from t-mobile what you need very quickly to get pic msging, use your phone as a modem, and/or set up internet access, t-zones and t-mobile web[/url]

that site would work exceptionally well if the service PROVIDER was tmobile. in this case its a tmobile phone and cingular service

the Cingular site for this is

https://www.wireless.att.com/support/chooseDevice.do?universe=cingular &make=All

I have similar problem. I bought an unlocked tmobile phone and put my cingular sim card in it. Everything works but MMS and internet because I can't use tzones. I went to the cingular link someone posted but I can't select my phone because cingular doesn't carry it. Can I take it to someone to fix?
