My daughter's V3 after charging one evening, would not power on. The blue backlight comes on a for a few seconds - and then goes off. We can press the #,* and power buttons and get the black screen where it shows Boot Loader and the software version.but don't know what to do after that. We have switched out the battery in my RZR and this does nothing, also we have tried a complete charge to the battery.nothing. Can you help us?!?

Put it in bootloadr mode then flash it with a 374R.42.10R

Can you please explain how to do this.I do know how to get into bootloader - #,*, On all at same time - right? But then what? Thank you so much - I feel so close.

everything in those directions relays to reading/entering text on the phone itself - I have a blank screen except when I go into the bootloader - but still cannot manipulate the phone in any way.how can I go to such and such a screen on the phone if there is nothing other that the bootloader screen which gives me the software version and nothing more? I am not incompetent - just uninformed. I appreciate your help!

sounds good - but how do I get those files on my computer? Can I download from Motorola? Where are they available? multiflashflex.exe?

also the software version is not R374.but R4515_G-08.BD.43R.cannot find flash files for this

Yes it is v3r and you might be able to find it in that site too .
