Hi im new to this and i have a samsung T629 and i have exchanged it 4 times in total and i was wondering if I could get a whole different phone but the first time i asked customer service about this they were gonna give me a motorola razr but its only 50 dollars and i spent 200 oin this phone i did this about 2 months ago and i declined the offer to the razr .But when i recently called with the same question they said it wasnt possible with the t629 but i called them again and they offered the razr I am very frustrated with this fact and i was wondering if there was any way i could get a fair exchange. If that doesnt work then i am planning to cancel my lines with out of a termination fee because of the text message increase coming on june 1st.

Normally they offer 2 or 3 different phones to you. I'd try calling again and just be nice and see what they can do for you.
How long ago did you sign up on tmobile? I ask this becasue if it was around the time the text message increase was announced there is a good chance that you signed a contract with the new language in it already and can not cancel because of the increase.

Well i signed a new contract back before 2007 so they didnt change the wording and their offerinc me a sidekick id for free so i might take it

if they are gonna give you a razr, make sure its a v3t and not the regular v3 cause theres a big media difference between the t629 and the reg v3

have you sent any msgs since may 1st if so no deal for you mailers we sent out with bill and if you sent msg since then you have accepted new price
