Under Sprint Nextel you could set one account with the real Social, then use all 9's Social, to set the other one up. At least before SNAP you could. FDT associated the BAN to the SSN so if you used a different SSN (even if you used all nines all the time) it would set up the account. Again, I've not tried it since SNAP came out.
