Yes.
you don't have to work with tmo to know that. I used to have that when I had tmo phones.

Uh, sorry. No, if you have two individual accounts they have to be under the same ban, ie SSN, you can have two bans.say one a family plan and one an individual account, or two individual accounts under the same ban, but unfortunately not under two different ones.

this is why you dont use "lingo" or "jargen" with the customers they start usinging it and are almost always using it wrong

No, your absolutely right.its another name for account. but its lingo that you would only use if trying to show your knowledge about cell service.its just such an uncommonly used term in everyday. why not just say account, ya know?

ok sorry, sesh just a questions.but thanx for the help.
Just wondering because I get alot of questions from customers about this issue. They usually open up two individual lines but always want them in two seprate ACCOUNTS. They tell me in the store where they activate service they were told it could be done but most rep tell me no it cant.I usually offer them a courtesy statement for one of their lines but they usually want 2 seprate bills. icon_rolleyes.gif

yea you just make 2 new accounts how hard is it, you make one account under a customers name . then . you make another account under the same customers name icon_surprised.gif icon_surprised.gif icon_surprised.gif
