Tmobile changed their messaging prices and if anyone did not agree with it, they could call and say " i dont agree, please terminate my contract without incurring the termination fee" the CS would say " yes, no problem."
problem is: i have unlimited text. could I change the text message plan, then call and have my contract terminated?
or is there another loupe hole? where? how?
Thanks,

thats not a loop hole. in the T-Mobile Terms and Condtions it cleary states that prices subject to change with out notice. the CSR didn't know what they were doing.

you actually have to be charged for messaging (per message) for it to work.

Quite contrer sir, T-mobile did send out notices in the bill and it has been part of T-Moible literature. Text messaging prices rose to .15c per txt and pic messaging was dropped to .15c as well. If you have been charged on a per txt or per picture level once in the past three months you can call and get out of your contract. But who would want to do that?
There are always things changing as far as terms and conditions go, just like your credit card companies sending you notices that this changed or that did, so do cell phone companies, cable companies.bottom line is it pays to read your bills. Yes, you.
