howdy ho ppl
I've been scouring the net all afternoon looking for a code to remove the network lock on my Samsung X600, and I finally found one! can't confirm it works on the other models but post a reply if you have tried it!
1) SIM CARD MUST BE OUT
2) SWITCH PHONE ON, IT TELLS YOU THERE'S NO SIM CARD
3) TYPE IN #*7337#
4) PHONE WILL REBOOT IT'S SELF [DONT TOUCH THE PHONE WHILE IT'S DOING THIS]
5) WHEN THE PHONE INFORMS YOU THERE IS NO SIM CARD AGAIN, SWITCH IT OFF, PUT THE SIM CARD YOU WANT TO USE IN, AND IT WORKS!
N.B. If you like before typing the unlocking code above you can check the status of all the locks available on your handset by typing in *#7465625# I cant confirm how many of the locks this code disables because i have used other codes beforehand to remove everything but the network code
Anyway, thought it could help some people out, hope it works for you

I just got an e720...anyone know the codes for this? Such as factory reset? Coz i've put in some random codes before, and now everytime i startup it asks for the sim lock code - anyone know who to get rid of this? The codes above don't work.
And i really want to get rid of the operator startup and shutdown screens (I'm on O2, and in the UK).
Also, how can i set the sms writer to be on T9 by default? Every time i open it i have to choose T9 again.
Thanks.
