My question is Im i able to buy a new phone from t-mobile then take the sim card out of my Old one and put it in there and then use the new phone like that  because id like to buy the t-mobile sidekick ID its much better then the nokia6030 i have.

yes you can do that. and good choice on the sidekick i have one and i amd on it 24/7 i don't know why people are bashing on it the camera on the sidekick 3 wasn't good at all and the music player is pointless if you have a mp3 player already.

thanks! this is good News. So i wouldent have to renwe or extend my contract right? hope not i hope i can get the phone and have the same contract i got. And i agreee it can revice pics so i can take it on a camara and e-mail it to the phone the mp3 player meh cause i got one the only thing i miss is the Bluetooth but i will live

To get the phone at a discount you must renew your contract and be out of contract. If you do not want to renew, you can buy the sidekick id at retail, which I believe is 299.
