Since there are coming in more and more unlock threads, the forum starts getting unclear and hard to read. This one will be the master-unlock-thread.

Post your unlock requests here. If you start a new thread, it will be deleted without any warning or explanation.

Nokia 6234
Nokia 6270
Nokia 6280
Nokia 6630
Nokia 6630i
Nokia 6680
Nokia 6681
Nokia 6682
Nokia 7370
Nokia E50

Nokia E62
Nokia E70
Nokia N71
Nokia N72
Nokia N73

Bjorn,

So if I buy a 6233 off ebay that claims to be unlocked, will it not work with a cingular or t-mobile sim card?

I'm in the US by the way, and i'm not even sure the 6233 has been released here...

If it is unlocked, it is unlocked.

Locked phones can't be unlocked.

Can anyone help me how to unlock my NOKIA N73 (Vodafone) even having a code with me? Actually the service provider gave me the unlocking Code. when i tried with it NOT ALLOWED message prompted in the phone? i asked them with the meaning of it, they directed me to try with the vodafone Sim as i din't have vodafone sim inside while entering the code? Are there any alternatives wihtout having a sim but with code? DOes any sim of Vodafone (UK) will work in the phone and i can unlock it with that code? And how many times i can try with it as it has already been my fourth turn (including one time when NOt allowed mssg appeared coz initially a wrong code was provided to me). Thankx
