Several months ago, due to unforseen financial difficulties, my Sprint service was terminated. Does anyone know if I can access the pictures that I previously uploaded to my online account? I have no other copies of many of them. Thanks.

I doubt it, but you can try accessing your picuture mail account, if that dont work, I think your pix are gone.

Worst case scenario, it may be possible that Sprint would have copies of them, you could try contacting Sprint to get them.
