Please Help for d900

Hi friends I'm live in Turkey and I saw this site today very well site for me.Friends megaupload.com blocked for Turkey and I can't download D900XAFI1 : September 2006 firmware because it's megaupload link.Please upload rapidshare or etc help me

Second question XA version contain Turkish language? and can I make firmware without risk.Which program and how? please help don't delete this message because I use very old version thanks for help I'm waiting.

Before you start

if you downloaded this file as a zip file then extract it to your destop
if you bought this on cd, then copy the entire contents to your desktop

never run the software from cd or from within a zipped archive

**WARNING **
------------

Before commencing the debranding process, you MUST have the phone battery fully charged. We cannot stress this enough, as the flashing process is highly demanding on the d900 battery. Failure to check will result in the flashing process stopping mid way and killing your phone. (see notice at the bottom of this email)

USB Cable Users
---------------

process takes around 20 min.

Insert CD into PC

connect Cable To PC

Let windows automatically install drivers from the cd

Once drivers are installed. press start button, and select control panel.

Goto System

Goto Hardawre

Goto Device Manager

Expand The Com Ports Area

Locate and write down the assigned com port number for your cable (normally the largest number)

cOPY tHE d900fLASH fOLDER tO yOUR cOMPUTER fROM tHE cd

Make sure your D900 Battery is fully charged as this process takes approx 20 min, and if the battery fails you WILL kill your phone.

power off the phone with no sim inserted and connect phone to cable and cable to PC.

select correct com port that you wrote down earlier.

com speed should be 921600.

select the BIN + TFS radio button.

press the BIN button and open the "D900XEFH3.cla" file.

press the TFS button and open the "D900XEFH3.tfs" file.

Click Start.

tap the power button on the phone when prompted. The phone should not turn on, but software will recognise the ignition.

Phone will connect, and the "Download" button will now be highlighted

click the download button and the flash will begin

Note: the entire flashing process takes approx 25 min.

Once flash has finnished, press stop

Phone successfully flashed

take out and replace battery and power on

Serial Cable Users

Connect 9v Battery to Cable, must be a brand new battery as this process takes approx 90 min, and if the battery fails you WILL kill your phone.

power off the phone with no sim inserted and connect phone to cable and cable to PC.

select correct com port.

com speed should be 115200.

select the BIN + TFS radio button.

press the BIN button and open the "D900XEFH3.cla" file.

press the TFS button and open the "D900XEFH3.tfs" file.

Click Start.

tap the power button on the phone when prompted. The phone should not turn on, but software will recognise the ignition.

Phone will connect, and the "Download" button will now be highlighted

click the download button and the flash will begin

Note: the entire flashing process takes approx 90 min.

Once flash has finnished, press stop

Phone successfully flashed

take out and replace battery and power on

After the debrand process some models when powered up do not display correctly, ie white screen, no graphics, only text.
Solution: insert a sim card and power the phone up.
press the menu key.
move to bottom right (settings) and select it
select reset settings
select all and then reset
pasword is 00000000 (eight zero's)

****Notice for users who killed their phones for not making sure their battery was fully charged

If you do kill your phone, it is not the end of the world.
you cannot charge your battery like you normally would when the phone is dead, it simply will not charge
the solution is to borrow a d900 battery from a friend (make sure it's fully charged first). and use that battery and repeat the flashing process.
Once the debrand process is finished, this will bring the phone back to life all nice and de-branded

I just read your post above - well written. I got my D900 flashed by a professional mobile repairer here in Oz using firmware that I downloaded from samsung.de but they stuffed my phone!

When I turn it on, I just get the SGH-D900 SAMSUNG logo & coloured balls screen for 4 seconds, then blank, logo & balls, blank, logo & balls, blank, continuously. Cannot do anything with the phone at all!

Any ideas please mate!?!?
